Payments
- Orders received and not paid for with in 5 business days will be cancelled.
- We are only accepting PayPal currently.
- Orders under $3.00 will have a $3.00 service charge added automatically.
- Errors and Missing Pieces
- In the event of an inventory error, we will reach out to you to find a resolution to the error.
- Orders will be double checks at the time of packaging for shipping.
- We all make mistakes so if you should encounter an error in your order, it must be reported to us for correction. We are more than willing to correct any problem and ask you to please contact us first.
- You have 30 days from the shipping date to expect any correction. After that we have no idea if it was our error or yours.

- All new parts are either new from a sealed box set or from a Pick-A-Brick cup.
- All new parts that show excessive scuffs or damage will be moved to a USED status to keep product quality high.
- USED
- All used part has been sourced locally.
- All used parts go through a thought intake process to make sure quality is not diminished.
- Used LEGO intake process
- Lego is sourced locally
- Lego is sorted through, and all non-Lego branded, and broken pieces are removed.
- Lego is then washed in warm water and a mild dish detergent.
- Lego is dried thoroughly to prevent molding musty smells.
- Lego is sorted and processed into the stores inventory.
- Used LEGO intake process
- Each piece of Lego new and used is repeatedly check at every stage of processing for quality and damage.
- Damage and removed parts included, but not limited to:
- Broken
- Crushed studs
- Bite marks
- Etc.
- Photos of used parts can be sent free of charge if requested for peace of mind.
- All Lego are stored in a climate controlled, smoke free environment and without exposure to sunlight to maintain colors.
- After receiving your order if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback as we want to make it right.
